Please note that night guards are not designed for athletic activity. If you’re looking for an oral appliance you can wear during sports, we recommend getting a mouth guard.

There are two different forms of sleep apnea:

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea
  • Central Sleep Apnea

While we can help address obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea is caused by the signals your brain is sending to your muscles. You will need to visit a sleep specialist to address this condition.
